What made it great was how easy and fast they were able to take care of me. My credit at the time was absolutely awful as well but they worked hard to find me the lowest interest rate. The salesman who helped me made me feel like a valued customer. This was the second car I purchased from them. The first one lasted a little over ten years. I have had this one since 2012. The location of the dealership was also great. It's right next to the freeway so it was easy to get to.

The dealership was no nonsense on the negotiations and purchasing of this vehicle. No tricky sales tactics. I was able to go in, find the vehicle I wanted and give them my bottom line. It took a few hours, the financing was easy, and it was not a lengthy process. I walked away feeling that the purchase was fair.

I had a good experience. I went through USAA, my bank, for a certified dealer. I found this dealer ship and was impressed with the suv that I was buying. It seemed very nice and clean an well taken care of. I thought that the dealer was professional and expedited the car buying service. The actually purchase took a while but that was out of dealers hands. All in all I would go back!

The guyz there are amazing! I wanted a luxury SUV for my wife but didn't want to spend an arm and a leg to get it. I was skeptical at first, but their knowledge, expertise and understanding of what I was looking for (didn't want to save on a car only to spend it on maintenance!) Made me at ease.

I never felt strong-armed - the sales team really worked with me on the price and made me feel comfortable. There's an incredible coffee bar in the facility as well, and it rivals any Starbucks. The car feels brand new and they even included a brand new battery (important for a Prius!).

Favorite Driving Memory
My favorite memory or driving highlight here in Austin dates back to when I first moved here in 2008. I was new here and I was just getting my bearings. I remember driving down this street called "South Congress" and thinking that "wow, this is such a great view of downtown. At the time, I was struc ... (more)

I-35 - I-35 is one of Austin's main arteries! It has existed for centuries known by cowboys as the Chisolm trail. It connects Austin from north to south and goes all the way down to South Texas and as far north as Minnesota. It is absolutely vital for getting around the city. It is important, however to av ... Favorite Driving Memory
When driving into Austin on I-35 I find myself distracted from traffic by the memorable sights of downtown. While crossing Lady Bird Town Lake you can see the ribbon of water for some ways. People are canoeing peacefully down the shoreline and birds are gliding across the water. As I drive into down ... (more)

South Lamar Blvd - I love how this street changes every time I drive down it. There is always something new being built or new areas for food trailers to gather. The food trailers are a very big thing in Austin right now. You can try many different foods without ever leaving the same area. I also like that most of the ... (more)

Never, ever, no matter what time of day, try to drive through Austin on I-35. There is stop and go traffic at all hours of the day and night, every day of the week, including weekends. Avoid it at all costs.
Austin, TX Buying Tips
Like any city, car dealerships can be found at the edge of the city limits where property is cheaper. Avoid Austin Subaru at all costs. They play bait and switch like pros. Austin can be a nightmare for drivers. We have one Interstate. Just one! It goes North and South. We have two other larger roadways and another toll road that also go North and South. Manchaca Rd. - The portion of Manchaca Rd between William Cannon and Slaughter Ln is probably one of the better stretches of roadway in the city.
