They really focused on me when I was looking for a car. Once I let them know what I was looking for (specifically MPG and price range), they showed me only cars that were in that price range and that suited my request for better mileage per gallon. While I did have to do some haggling, they ended up giving me a really good deal on the car that I purchased. While I was there, they made me feel very comfortable, providing drinks and snacks while I waited for the paperwork to be completed. After sales service has been great too, as they are providing free oil changes for the life that I own the vehicle. When I've taken it in for service, they've always been prompt, and the car has even come back clean (they have done a free car wash and vacuum as well as the oil change). So far, I've been... (more)

When I pulled up to the dealership I was promptly greeted by a salesman, Tim Harris. He was very polite and welcoming. I told him I just wanted to browse the lot. He told me with a smile to look around and come back to see him if I saw anything I liked or had questions. I liked the fact that he let me go out on the lot by myself and did not hound me. It felt like I was given the chance to find what I wanted without being pressured to make any choices. It was a hot Vegas day and Tim offered me and my wife a bottle of water and let us browse the cars on the lot, After about an hour we went back to Tim and showed him 3 cars we were interested in. We went back in the office, did some credit checks, and found the car that was best suited for our financial situation. At no point did we ever ... (more)

They treated me with respect and not just another guy walking in looking at cars. They took the time to get the deal that I was looking for. Made sure that the truck was ready for its test drive. Answered all questions that I had. Also followed up on certain things after I bought the truck. I was a person not just a number.

The dealership was great for a number of reasons. First, they had a number of different kinds of Accords in the inventory that I wanted to test drive. Second, of those Accords, they had a number of different set ups. For instance some Accords were manuals and some were automatics. Third, they had a ton of other cars outside of Accords that I was interested in, like the Honda Civic. Fourth, the sales people were especially knowledgeable about their product. Finally, as far as signing a new car goes, they were able to get me a lower interest rate than my bank, so they truly had competitive financing.

Easy negotiations with them starting with a low price so you don't have to keep going back and forth for hours. Was able to do most of the sale over the internet, only had to go to dealer to test drive and sign papers.

Friendly staff wasn't pushy or rude. They let me make my own decisions and didn't treat me different because I'm a woman. They weren't able to find me what I wanted, but it was still an enjoyable experience and I started using them for my oil changes and maintenance. They give a great oil change and they do it quickly. I've never had to wait there.

Las Vegas, NV Driving Tips
Las Vegas is a very odd city to drive in. Since there are basically two very different versions of Las Vegas, it is hard to really pinpoint one piece of advice that would be helpful. For instance, if one were to drive on The Strip (which I don't believe any local would willingly do), my advice would ... (more)
Las Vegas, NV Buying Tips
For the most part, I have limited experience here. I have only ever bought three cars in my life. The first was from a good friend for $1,000. Oddly enough it, too, was a Honda. This time, my car was a 1992 Honda Accord and I loved it. My other car (the used PT Cruiser) was purchased for me for a gr ... (more)
Favorite Driving Memory
For four years, I drove a PT Cruiser that gave me nothing but trouble. It broke down at random intervals and cost me more money than I ever would have thought possible. Then I got my 2015 Honda Civic. I absolutely never splurge on a car or anything frivolous, but after saving up, I decided to spoil ... (more)

Oakey - As I mentioned earlier, I had a car for years that barely worked. I was often stranded on the side of the road or near an off-ramp. Once, my car just suddenly stopped in the middle of heavy traffic on Charleston. Had it not been for pure luck and the fact that the right lane was relatively empty, I ... (more)

Las Vegas, NV Driving Tips
If you want to maximize your driving experience, pay attention to the road, take it slow and make sure your car insurance is up to date. There are a lot of locals and visitors who drive very fast and run the red lights. Imagine if you are driving down the Strip watching the hoards of people walki ... (more)
Favorite Driving Memory
Driving down the Strip in Las Vegas (LV) is memorable because you see the tall casinos on TV and in the movies, but to see them in person as you drive towards the airport can not compare. As you drive along the Strip you see the scale of tourists that want to come to your city and that makes me pro ... (more)

Las Vegas Boulevard - To see all of the casinos and people, it's the place to drive if you want to see some action. That action can be good or bad depending on what you find exciting. For example, driving down Las Vegas Blvd near MGM and New York New York casino, you'll see a lot more people walking along the sidewalks ... (more)

I would recommend that people drive out in Summerlin. It's basically the suburbs of Las Vegas and it's gorgeous.
Las Vegas, NV Buying Tips
You should go to one of the reputable dealers in this city. There are many dealers that will give you a great deal on a new car. I got a better deal at a new company than I did with CarMax.
Favorite Driving Memory
Living in Las Vegas a year ago was awesome. I bought a brand new car in this city. The public transportation system in this city is reasonable and does not necessitate the use of a car. The city never really turns off so there are buses that run overnight. However, the public rides are long and ... (more)

Sunset Boulevard - Sunset Blvd is close to sunset park. It is a sunny street as one might imagine next to a gorgeous park. The park has a lake that is about 2 city streets long and has wildlife. One would not expect such an awesome park in a city like Vegas but it is there.
